Micro-needling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is an innovative skin treatment method that involves using many dermaroller microneedles to puncture the outer layer of the skin or the stratum corneum. When the skin encounters these micro-wounds, it naturally produces collagen, leading to healthier and more beautiful skin.
Hysonetch produces derma-roller micro-needles through etching, which feature ultra-smooth and sharp edges. Using advanced etching technology, these micro-needles achieve higher quality and significantly reduce skin invasion and contamination. |

Photochemical etching machining can apply to almost any sheet metal, like stainless steel, copper, nickel, titanium, aluminium etc. Select the material according to customer's requests.
Clean the sheet metal plates. This step is to remove the oil stains on the surface.
A (UV) light-sensitive photo-resist apply onto the surface of the metal substrate. It can protect the metals which are not be etched.
The stencil film is placed over the photoresist-coated metal substrate. The design is transferred to the photoresist by exposing the sheet to UV light through a stencil film.
This step removes the unexposed areas of the photoresist, leaving behind a patterned layer corresponding to the desired part design.
Then we immerse the metal substrate in an etchant solution, which chemically dissolves the exposed metal areas not protected by the developed photoresist.
Once the etching is complete, remove the remaining photoresist from the metal surface, typically through a stripping process.
Use image measuring instrument to check the appearance and dimension.
The resulting part may undergo additional finishing steps such as deburring, cleaning, and surface treatment to achieve the desired final properties and appearance.
